Start by preheating your oven to 350F. Do not forget to put a baking sheet together with parchment paper! If you do not have any, utilize a non-stick baking paper sheet to prevent a mess.
Then, get a medium-sized bowl and a whisk. Use these as you combine ¼ of a cup of coconut flour, cup oats, ¼ of a cup of melted butter, ¼ of a cup plus one tablespoon of maple syrup, teaspoon of vanilla extract, teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda.
After that, put two eggs and combine the ingredients until they form a consistent batter. For the batter to complete, add 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips.
Then, utilize a cookie scooper or spoon to put cookies on the baking sheet. Then, make sure that the cookies are flattened using your hands or the back of the spoon if needed.
Top with some sea salt to taste and bake the cookies for about 12-14 minutes, or until the edges brown.
After that, let the cookies cool for ten minutes and transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
