Geloof me; het is niet de gewone kippensoep van je oma. Nee hoor! Deze heeft een twist die je smaakpapillen een vreugdedansje laat maken. Laat ze fruiten tot ze zacht en goudbruin zijn, ongeveer 5 minuten. Voeg nu je gehakte knoflook toe en bak nog een minuutje tot je keuken hemels ruikt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 2: Kool Sensatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De volgende, de ster van onze show: kool! Zorg ervoor dat die stukjes kip perfect gaar zijn!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 5: Bouillon en het laurierblad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giet die heerlijke kippenbouillon erbij en vergeet niet een laurierblaadje toe te voegen voor die extra pit! Breng alles aan de kook, zet het vuur dan laag en laat het zo'n 20 minuten pruttelen, zodat al die smaken de kans krijgen om elkaar te leren kennen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 6: Garneren en serveren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je kip- en koolsoep is klaar om op tafel te komen! Schep het in kommen, strooi er wat verse peterselie overheen om het er sjiek uit te laten zien (ook al is het alleen voor jezelf) en serveer het met wat knapperig brood of crackers. Voil\u00e0! Je hebt een dampende kom comfort.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe snipper je kool voor de soep: Shred-tastische tips<\/h2>\n<p>Ok\u00e9, voordat ik jullie laat genieten van jullie heerlijke soep, wil ik jullie wat wijsheid meegeven over hoe je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasteofhome.com\/article\/how-to-shred-cabbage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kool versnipperen<\/a> als een pro. Geen tranen, geen gedoe, gewoon perfecte geraspte kool!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Hak de kern weg:<\/strong> Snijd eerst de kern uit de kool. Dat wil je niet in je soep, geloof me.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kwartiertje:<\/strong> Snijd de kool in vieren. Zo is hij makkelijker te hanteren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Snijd weg:<\/strong> Snijd de kool in dunne plakjes met een scherp mes of een mandoline als je zin hebt. Let op je vingers!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toss en Fluff:<\/strong> Gooi de gesneden kool in een kom en pluis het door elkaar. Dit scheidt de lagen en maakt het makkelijker om gelijkmatig te koken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soepwaardige snippers:<\/strong> Voeg het toe aan je soep en laat de kool zijn werk doen. Geen probleem! Bewaar je kip- en koolsoep tot 3 dagen in een luchtdichte verpakking in de koelkast. Als je het langer wilt bewaren, kun je het een maand of twee in de vriezer stoppen.
