Dit is een vrij eenvoudig proces, maar het kost wel tijd, dus zorg ervoor dat je er ongeveer vijf dagen voordat je het brood gaat maken mee begint.<\/p>\n<p>Als je je starter klaar hebt, is het tijd om te beginnen met het eigenlijke bakken. Zorg ervoor dat je begint met het voorverwarmen van je oven op 350 graden, zodat hij klaar is tegen de tijd dat je alles bij elkaar hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nu is het tijd om te gaan mixen!<\/p>\n<p>Pak een grote kom en meng je natte ingredi\u00ebnten door elkaar. Dit omvat je olie, suiker, melasse, eieren en pompoen. Wanneer deze ingredi\u00ebnten gecombineerd zijn, roer je ook je zuurdesem starter en vanille extract erdoor.<\/p>\n<p>Klop nu in een aparte kom je droge ingredi\u00ebnten door elkaar: bloem, zout, alle verschillende kruiden, bakpoeder en zuiveringszout.<\/p>\n<p>Zodra je alle nat en droog hebt gecombineerd, meng je ze door elkaar en voeg je de noten en rozijnen toe.<\/p>\n<p>Na al dit mengen kun je het beslag in een (ingevette) pan doen en deze 60 tot 65 minuten in de oven zetten. Je weet dat het gaar is als je een mes in het midden kunt steken en het er schoon uit kunt trekken.<\/p>\n<p>Laat afkoelen en serveer! (Tip: laat 15 minuten afkoelen in de pan voordat je het eruit haalt).<\/p>\n<h2>Restjes bewaren<\/h2>\n<p>Dit brood gaat bij mij thuis nooit lang mee, maar het is vrij gemakkelijk te bewaren als je het nodig hebt. Als je het maar een paar dagen hoeft te bewaren, kun je het gewoon strak in plasticfolie wikkelen en op kamertemperatuur op je aanrecht bewaren.<\/p>\n<p>Aan de andere kant, als je het van tevoren wilt maken en langer wilt bewaren, kun je het heel gemakkelijk weken of zelfs maanden invriezen. Als je klaar bent om het te gebruiken, haal je het eruit en laat je het op je aanrecht ontdooien tot het op kamertemperatuur is.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
